Tyler was sitting in bed and reading a book when I woke up and I started to tell him of my dream.
"Tyler, let's go to England."
"Okay..."
"Sweet, I'll look up plane tickets"

And that's how it was decided. We were going to visit the mother land. Perhaps not anytime soon, but eventually.
So we looked over our finances and calculated that if we set aside $250 a month, we will have enough to visit England/Europe next August.
Neither Tyler or I have ever been out of the country so this would be something amazing for both of us. Tyler also has an old mission companion that lives in England which we will stay with during our trip.
So, since neither of us have ever been to Europe, we will need your help. We want to visit the whole she-did and go to England, France, Germany, Italy...everything.
How long do we need to stay for?
How much souvenir money do people usually spend?
What do you spend on buses or taxis?
EVERYTHING!
We only have a little over a year left to prepare, help us out!

My dad went to England on his mission, might be a good idea to consult him. Sounds like an awesome trip!
When you come to Italy you will be staying with us so you don't need to factor in much expense when you visit Venice... unless you go crazy with suvineers. We can drive you around and show you all the cool stuff around here. We'll even cook normal food for you so you can recover (financially & physically) from eating out if you've already been traveling a lot. WE'd LOVE to have you come... please please please!!! Talk to Drew... he came a few years ago and we had a blast. He can tell you what to see in Italy that he enjoyed. I would highly recommend buying the Rick Steves travel book(s.) They are really good for many reasons. WE stayed at a hotel that he recommends in Rome and it was great. Plus he tells you good resterants and stuff to go to and even how to save money and stuff. He gives you ideas for itineraries and even an idea of how much things will cost. You just have to get his most recent versions of his book(s.) BUT free food and lodging here!! woop woop
Keep a look out for good flights too. Sometimes you can get them really cheap if you fly to Brussels or Zurrich or something. You can then take a train to where you're really going. It could save you hundreds. Especially if you get Eurail tickets. I can also book train tickets for you if you need me to. Let me know if you need any help... I'm right here in the middle of it. We have an Idaho phone number that won't cost you anything to call 208-899-8521. We're 8 hours ahead so just don't call past 2 p.m. your time. I hope your "dream" comes true!!
I think you should just make a trip to Alaska instead. It would cost you a lot less than traveling to England and we would Love to have you come visit. Europe does sound pretty fun though, I have wanted to visit there, some day when I am old and gray!
